I was just checking the weather in the Chicago area and within a few hours, we will have lots of snow - AGAIN! We already have about 12" on the ground and are expecting about 6 more tonight. I am about 3 hours north and west of Chicago.

I really don't know why I'm so stressed about this NOA2. I mean, it's not like we'll get the visa right now anyway, and P still have to finish his Diplomarbeit and get his Master's. But for some reason seeing AUGUST 6th over and over and watching the VJ estimate move further and further away is just so .... depressing.

Course, I just had oral surgery to remove an infected tooth and am also highly medicated atm, so that could add to my depression

On another note about windy Glasgow - on weather.co.uk it is showing 12mph there... here in Bristol it is 30mph winds with 44mph gusts :/

Well we met online at a place called Nilgiri so that is the first word - the second words are Saidge (Jeremy) and Jazmin (me) and those were our character names - something different but reminds us where we've come from siz years ago

I worry over everything! I even worry if I'm not worrying!

Are you me!??! I used to do the same but every now and then in my life I have these revelations where my whole outlook on life changes and a penny seems to drop into place - I can't pinpoint when I stopped worrying so much but I swear I have never been this mellow in my whole life!!!

I am a bona fide control freak. I hate uncertainty, I hate things out of my control, I am obsessivly organised. I'm the kind of person that worries about having nothing to worry about as I worry I'm missing something.

Anyways...stress got to me so I called american airlines...gave them locator number and nicks name and they confirmed he handed over boarding pass so therefore boarded. Now whether his bags did or not is another matter......and if the plane can actually land at omaha due to the snow. But at least I know he is bound for omaha and his mammy is there to meet him. OK I know he's old enough to look after himself but I know how stressed he was before. We joke that we are actually better travelling seperate as he's a nervous traveller in general and I'm scared of flying (yeah great for an LDR) so we just make each other worse. I mean I'm so scared I get physically sick a couple of days before.....this is coming from a woman who has done 14 parachute jumps!!!!

oh and speaking of physically sick....it's not just the stress keeping me quiet..........I feel shocking due to jags

Gareth is the same as your Nick. He actually flew on a plane for the first time when he came over here in July. He didn't like it very much. I felt bad that his first experience on a plane was a transatlantic flight from London to Sacramento, California. That is pretty long flight for a first timer. I was proud of him for making it.

Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling so well because of your shots. I hate shots. I don't like needles.....I get sick to my stomach when I have to get shots. I hope you start to feel better soon.
