Nov 2nd 2006 met online

June 28th 2007 sent 1-129f to NSC

July 11th 2007 NOA-1 received date on NOA-1 (now at CSC)

July 19th 2007 NAO 1 Reciept date on NOA-1

Nov 21st 2007 NOA-2

Dec 13th 2007 - arrives at NVC

Dec 20th 2007 - leaves NVC on route to GUZ

March 10th 2008- P3 sent & returned

April 9th 2008- P-4

May 22nd 2008 interview

Tracking:

Filing to Noa -1 -13 days

NOA-1 to NOA-2 - 133 days

NOA-2 to NVC - 22 days

NVC Processing - 7 days

NVC to GUZ - 81 days

P-3 to interview - 73 days

Welcome back man. I got a touch about 3 days after you left. NOA2 notice 1 day later and hard copy NOA2 about 2 days ago.

Hope you had a wonderful time with your girl with plenty of new and special memories.

Hi all,

My NOA2 just got approved 05-Dec-07 at CSC :dance: Check out my timeline below. Guess I was waiting for some news to report before joining the forum :)

My thoughts are with everyone still awaiting a NOA2. I've been reading about all the approvals over the last month and now I've got a NOA2 myself so it won't be long for all those still waiting!! :thumbs:

Timeline

11-July-07 -I129-F sent

Transfered from NSC to CSC

19-July-07 - NOA1

No RFEs, no touches

05-Dec-07 -NOA2

12-Dec-07 - NOA2 hard copy received

04-Jan-08 - NVC received approved petition

07-Jan-08 - NVC sends notice to my fiance of their receipt of approved petition

11-Jan-08 - US Consular in Sydney receives approved petition

18-Jan-08 - US Consular mails Packet 3

22-Jan-08 - Received Packet 3

24-Jan-08 - Police check requested and fingerprinting completed

04-Jan-08 - Criminal Records Section completes check and sends police check to Consular

05-Feb-08 - Medical complete

29-Feb-08 - Returned Packet 3 to Consular

06-Mar-08 - Received 11/03 interview date but requested reschedule

18-Mar-08 - INTERVIEW and K1 visa APPROVED

09-Aug-08 - POE @ LAX

looks like I missed quite a bit. Just back from leaving Nick at the airport, feeling decidedly crappy! :crying: After so long together it just feels so empty and quiet. Hopefully we'll be reunited in March over there with visa in hand.

He left me some really nice presents. A braclet and a photo frame with a picture of us together in it. Oh well...off to tidy things up a tad then getting vaccinations later this morning...joy!

I am a bit depressed today, been checking the USCIS each and every day, and nothing yet, nada...not even a touch. I need some encouragement and some good news...if averages mean anything, I should get my NOA2 notice today! Hey speaking of averages, can you also calculate the Standard Deviation, that way we can have a range too..

Did you check the Immigration timelines? Filter results to check against Brazil and see how many days it takes on average from NOA1 to NOA2.

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

I just saw a message in my inbox - 'You have been approved!' and my heart skipped a beat... of course, as soon as my logic caught up a second later (and I saw the sender, which was something like 'Jose Melancholy' :lol: ) I knew that's NOT how USCIS titles their emails, and that it was yet one more piece of spam about my non-existent loan approval, but anyway...

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

yep...i've had a few of them...along with offers of viagra and emails telling me I don't satisfy my woman.....hmmmmm!!
