I know I can expect my NOA2 before 26 Dec... of course, punching a time clock is beginning to stress me out. Am really hoping i hear something this week...

I just got the hard copy NOA2 in the mail today, thanks everyone for the good wishes, and of course I dont mind being added to the list I hope theres many more approvals for us

Oh it just makes me want to keep checking USCIS over and over!!! I already checked it twice this evening and still nothing but... Hmmm... this is so frustrating now - 10 weeks til my wedding and knowing whether or not we have to go through this whole process again!!

Ok - Jeremy called CSC and this was the response he got:

I did call CSC but it's nothing you really want to hear. *shrug* I managed to get something out of them when I asked if they could check to see if it was with an adjucator yet, only to find out that it wasn't and to have them reassure me that they'd get to it and to be patient.

So looks like we are still waiting... He is going to call again on Wednesday to see if there is any news... Heh - we didn't even get a touch from the call!! Not that it matters but

Keep in mind how the human mind works. Even when we get NOA2 we'll be happy for a few hours, then immediately start thinking of the next step. How many times in this thread have people said they got NOA2, got a few congrats, and then the person is back asking about NVC times, interview scheduling, etc?

As long as we get NOA2 without a RFE in the next week or so I will be happy.

I have a feeling Jeraly, that your NOA2 is just around the corner, I will be so happy to hear when you get yours, because then I know mine will be just a few days behind yours. I have my fingers crossed for us!

A VSC Approval!!!!!!

I've been checking the website allll day, then when I just checked it again after 8pm EST, the screen suddenly looked different!!! It feels SOO good!

Debz, I am messaging you with the new info. Thanks for putting that together!

I certainly hope you're right... as much as I love and am so happy for those who have been approved for July... it is a little disheartening to see those who filed ahead of me getting approved. I called last Wed and the CSR that I spoke to told me our petition was still on the shelf. I did get a touch but the hell with a touch.... I want results as everyone else does. Sorry..... just a double edged sword to see people who filed after me get approved... Congrats to those who have rec'd approvals.... I just haven't seen my baby since June and it's getting reeeeeeeeeal tough to say the least.

atleast you had a quick NOA1. I filed in mid-June and have a similar NOA1 as you (actually after you) hope we all get quick NOA2 approvals. just stay positive. I know what you mean about the touches. I just got my 2nd one labled 11/27/07 but still no approval yet. Hope we all get NOA2 soon! Edited November 27, 2007 by niceguy26

YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATS JEN!!! I was REALLY starting to worry that VSC had dropped off completely!!! That's great news!!!

I can only imagine what you are going through!! Hang tight...yours is coming!!! That 'touch' will probably turn into an NOA2!
