I really truly am happy to see July people getting NOA2s... but all but one of them are from CSC.

I want VSC to catch up damnit!

For a longtimer on VJ like myself, this whole post makes me feel like we're in an alternate universe

Me too, Lisa! Here I thought I was a "lucky" VSC filer! I'd give anything to be at CSC right about now!

can we change the subject now please? this one is rather tedious :)

drop it like its hot...drop it like its hot

it's really interesting, when you look through the most recent NOA1s in order, to see how evenly spread between the two service centres they are now... earlier it was about three to one, or more

and I know I've said it before, but I had that same reaction, so was the reputation of VSC

when we got sent to CSC after all I was all crestfallen, but now I'm counting my blessings ;)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Thing is, if you can recall....I started out at VSC based on the early filing guidelines. FL is now at VSC, so I sent it there early (this was verified by Ewok confirming that info with a USCIS rep). But my NOA1 came from CSC....and boy was I gutted when that happened!

who knew?

But VSC can't be too terribly behind....that place has ran like a well oiled machine for years!

wow, that happened to you too? I didn't know about it happening to anyone other than us :)

we also sent to VSC, as per USCIS guidelines (my fiancé lives in Texas), and it was also transferred to CSC... the cheque's got both stamps, and the NOA1 received date - issued from CSC - is July 19, when we only posted on the 18th; I think they did pretty well ;)

Judging by the past two pages NOA2 time is definitely upon us all. Lots of approvals since I last checked the thread and other people getting their knickers in a twist waiting for theirs :P

Congrats to all the latest NOA2 recipients. Oh and special congrats to LisaD who I never realised was a July filer. Always got the impression you were a seasoned pro Lisa ;)
