I have not yet received an email, but today the web site shows APPROVED as of yesterday (November 19)! Words fail me! I'm just so darn HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YEAAAAAAA BOYYYY-IEEEEEEE!!! That's what I'm talking about!! GREAT NEWS, Man GREAT NEWS!!!!!! :dance: CONGRATS KG!!!! :dance:

Anyone else get biten by the NOA2 bug overnight???? :lol:

04/27/09- Received CRIS email - Green Card has been ordered on 4/25/09- Petition Approved!!

04/28/09- Received CRIS email 'Welcome Letter' mailed

05/04/2009- Conditional 2 year Green Card received

11/13/2007 - NOA2...127days after filing (hard copy 11/17/07)

12/22/2007 - packet 3 rec. (12/28/2007 returned)

01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

I am so happy for all the Approvals.. :dance::dance::D:D . Cngratulations to everybody who's made it so far.. Hope to see lots more soon.

We got the news a few days ago that my honey has a deployment coming up :( This is the most disheartening news so far. I hope we can get the visa on time for us to get married and spend time together. Its just not something I was looking at right now. Please Please Pray for us. :(:(:(

Petitioners in the military with upcoming deployments can request that their adjudication be expedited. You might want to look into that.

yep, If I was you I'd seriously look into military expedite service.

Last week VSC had one more approval than CSC (10 vs 9), but CSC has approved more petitions with July sent dates than VSC (10 vs 4).

CSC approved another July filer. carlyn (ederlinda & carlton) sent their petition on Jul 3, received their NOA1 on Jul 16 and were issued their NOA2 on Nov 19.

Congratulations. :)

That's 3 for today, which is 3 more than yesterday! I was wondering if we were going to see any this week. I think we'll see action today and tomorrow but that's probably it for a few days. We need to see about 40 more before the end of the month. ;)

Visa took too long, grew apart and withdrew visa after six months.
