$12.00 is the most legally that you can be charged by a notary public. i just spoke with one a few weeks ago. if you are charged more than that something is wrong.

09/28/2007 : NOA2 (144 days from filing date)

11/02/2007 : NVC Received Case (35 days from NOA2)

11/06/2007 : NVC Sent Case to HCM Consulate

11/16/2007 : HCMC Received Case

11/17/2007 : HCMC Sent Packet 3

11/20/2007 : HCMC Received Packet 3

12/10/2007 : HCMC Called Fiancee (Packet 4 Sent + Interview Date)

12/18/2007 : Packet 4 Received

01/02/2008 : Medical Appointment

01/09/2008 : Interview passed!

01/29/2008 : Visa Received

02/02/2008 : POE @ SFO

Congratulations to all of the July approvals. :thumbs: Looks we all are very anxious to get our NOA2 soon :) We are waiting patiently as well. Are there any rime or reasons on petition processing in CSC? Some applications are getting approved much faster than the others. Please add our time lines to your data sheet as well. Hopefully we'll be hearing something soon.

I had to catch up on the reading of this thread since I have been away since Thursday. My daughter fell ill and was in the hospital with pneumonia. I didn't leave her side and had no way to check the website from the hospital. I missed all of you and am glad to hear of a couple more approvals for July. I was really hoping that mine had happened while I was not checking for it. Darn! No such luck.

My daughter is now home and requiring a lot of TLC - we are catching up on our rest. I am also looking forward to Phil coming for Thanksgiving. It will be awesome to have him home again - if only for a little while.

I continue to pray for good news for everyone and I'll be more thankful this Thansgiving season for our health and happiness.

Ahh well its amazing what 2 weeks away from VJ will do! Just got back from visiting with the fiancee (much more pleasant way to wait) and I am glad to see things happening. Seems when I left June filers were just getting underway and now we have July starting.

Looks like I wasn't too far off afterall. I'm not expecting too much the latter half of this week due to holidays but I think we will see 1/3 of July NOA1's approved by the end of the month!
