Yeah Girl, I hear that!! I need some July filers to get through...seriously, it doesn't even have to be me right now...just knowing that USCIS is heading in the July direction would give me JOY!!!!!

I hear you!! ...I'm just so frustrated with this whole thing! VSC is telling me that the are still working on APRIL cases!!! APRIL!!!!! It's like they are issuing one NOA2 per week at this rate! Maybe there's a lottery system in VSC...like throw all the 129F files in a bin and it they pick yours...your NOA2 is sent! BINGO!!! No rhyme, nor reason to the length of the whole process!!

I'm going nuts. part of me wishes I never had that touch....just put me on edge. At least before it I was waiting in blissful ignorance, now I'm still waiting but all on edge...why was it just touched? was there a problem with it?

Yup, I think you are right about that one! I was fine doing my time in August, September and even October...but it's like November hit and I am stressing OUT!!!! Some days are worse than others...today just seems especially bad!

When I filed my first k-1 visa a few years ago, things slowed down to a slow crawl over the holidays.

I dont expect anything different this time around. If your not approved before thanksgiving, you can

pretty much figure on after January 1st.
