Congrats. CSC seems to be on the move.. Now we just need to light a fire under the people at VSC to get them moving.

The fire may already be burning. VSC had 20 K1 approvals last week (Sun - Sat). That is close to the total of CSC/NSC/TSC which churned out 25. On a % of open petitions basis, VSC had a much greater % than CSC/NSC/TSC.

Maybe they have but I don't see my timeline going down. I'm up to Dec 21 now.

The VSC Projected Adjudication Dates were probably earlier than they should have been recently due to the bizarre clump of September approvals. At this point those are being averaged out and the PAD is climbing again and is more consistent with the waiting time of recent approvals.

My petition was received one day before yours and at this point I am anticipating a January approval if VSC maintains last week's pace. December is still possible but I think unlikely unless VSC starts to move even faster. Personally I am relieved that January is now a possibility since until this month it looked like July VSC filers were going to be waiting a very long time.

Of course with a service center that approves September petitions before those from June, July & August anything is possible. Maybe Santa will stuff our stockings with a nice NOA2 surprise.

So now it's been 111 days (not including weekends) and the progress page on USCIS shows April 16th or something like that. I still hope they can get this thing nailed down to a more reliable date, and I pray that January comes around and I hear something.

When I filed, my projected date was October 8th. So, I dont really take that date as anything but wishful thinking.

I haven't seen anyone receiving NO2 for July from the Vermont Service Center. Do we know what date is being processed by VSC right now.

one minute I'm super excited about touch...the next minute I'm a panic ridden mess.....what happens if we get bad new? what happens if that touch was just me being shoved in another pile for 3-4 weeks (how am I going to servive 4 weeks on the edge like this?). I've gone from someone who checks CRIS twice a week maximum so someone who checks twice an hour minimum. I need to take a deep breath and calm down.

VSC seems to be processing petitions sent in late May to mid June. Follow the link in my signature to do more research.
