I wish I could see Peter...but neither of us has much $$$ or poundage for an extra trip right now. It will probably have to wait until our visa is approved. Please pray for no RFE's or delays for us. I may be moving soon and am so scared that may affect the process. It's been since August 5th since I've held him last. Winter's coming and the nights are so chilly without him to snuggle with! GO USCIS GO!!!!!

I still consider myself a June filer, since I sent my petition in June and the petition was received in June in Laguna CA but according to some people, I am a July filer since thats my receipt date on my NOA1. Either way, the day has come..

We got approved for NOA2 on Nov 8, 2007!!!! I checked last night before I went to sleep and the website was not updated, that was already early morning Nov. 9. This morning (823am PST), my fiancee told me by Yahoo Messenger that we were approved.. Does USCIS have workers on grave shift? No touches, no followups, just patience... and just when I thought I was getting a RFE. And I didn't have to spend a grand or how ever much it cost for some lawyer to do the same thing and wait.... Thanks for all the posting here which has helped me get this far....

Good luck to all of you..

What are you having? I am having the last glass out of a bottle of Cabernet. It's very good. A bit bitter, but very relaxing.

I'm a white wine drinker. Currently enjoying New Zeland's finest - Monkey Bay Sauvignon Blanc. *heading to the fridge for justa drop more*

Yes, I am typically a white wine drinker too but Phil didn't finish this bottle so I feel compelled to do it. It's the least I can do. New Zealand has a lot of wonderful wines - and Monkey Bay is a favorite. My all time is a Riesling that is made here locally. I do like sweeter wines. Merlots are just toooooooo dry for me.

Its so good of you to make that sacrifice Audrey! No Riesling for me though, much too sweet! I prefer drier whites. But not Chardonnay! Too oaky. Blech!
