I hate our country's goverment they are destroying the UK and I'm looking forward to move to the US so I can moan about theirs too!

As for that Sept filer - it's great for them - means that we all may stand a chance of getting an early approval if we are very lucky although I do agree that it seems a bit unfair that they haven't pulled an earlier filer... just think - they don't know what the waiting is like really... in a kind of perverted way I feel a bit sorry for them - even though this wait is agonising I have learnt and grown so much and made some great friends to boot

Can't say I would complain in their situation but I guess it's good to look on the bright side

Did you see where a Sept. filer was approved through VSC, with no expedite request? Good for them but there goes the theory that they are processed in order received!

it's possibly a training file! I heard they sometimes pull some out of order to train new adjudicators. Not entirly fair but really lucky. Anyway on the brightside....if this is the case at least we know more people joining the ranks

No, most certainly not. I wish. They make us wait just as long as everyong else, plus if you have to go through the Montreal consulate it takes 5-6 months more to wait for the interview.

YIKES!! Well..i wish you all a speedy approval anyway...sigh. Maybe once things level off and they get people trained they'll crank the approvals out. And then they'll catch up in the consulates too somehow....let's see how long I can hold my breath

I hate to break it to you Debz, but Nebraska tornado season does NOT end in May !!

I've been lied to by the internet again?!?!? Oh well. Nicks family still think it's hilarious that my first response to them telling me about tornados was "what as in toto i don't think we are in kansas anymore?"

At least in may in scotland the worst that can happen is torrential rain, gale force winds and flash floods. Over there I could be the incredible flying bride, thank god I don't have a big skirt!

Hey - I don't know if anyone here uses facebook but I made a VJ group ( you all prolly know that anyway ) I just thought maybe we could use the group to share wedding photos as well when we all get married - I would hate to lose contact with everyone after our long journey together

Facebook is addicting. But I got in touch with people I hadn't spoken with in ages.

Yeah I know - i think also when the novelty wears off it isn't so addicting but it is a more informal way of keeping up to date with people instead of sending e-mails where sometimes you feel like you have to say alot

So I don't know if anyone has noticed their dates, but my approval date slid back several dates.

I'm back to November 30th now!

I had been as high up as December 10th.
