Timeline
It was such a quiet day today. I want more approvals. I wonder what really happened on yesterday and today. There should be more people to update their timelines. I cannot wait to marry my fiance and have my new life with him. I hate to be where I am and wait for my visa. I hope that everyone should have no problems and get visas soon;)

Its the weekend, not as much action as during the week.

I really hope so :)

so do I...I've already moved wedding once. I'm so stressed out with this whole process. Wondering if we'll get an RFE (on top of evidence we also sent uk style photos) and then the interview. We have problems with the support stuff. Nick has been here and before that he was studying and didn't work so has never filed taxes as never needed to. We are hopefully going to get a notarised letter stating that he has never filed due never being required to. We have a good co-sponsor lined up who can provide all documentation. It's just I know recently london been cracking down on getting tax returns. I just have this feeling we going to be declined and I can't shake it off! To say it makes me depressed is an understatement. Nick going to get whatever work he can once he goes back on dec 6th so at least we'll be able to show he does have an income.

Oh I know it is a nightmare - thing is with the photos, as long as you take some really good high res ones against a white background you can e-mail them across and get them printed there - will save a lot of time so it shouldn't delay the RFE if it is required :)

You will need to get copies of the co-sponsor's tax returns. Seriously, stop worrying!!! You WILL be approved!!!! Plenty of young couples with co-sponsor's have been approved through London, so there is no reason to believe that you won't be approved too!!!! Embrace the power of positive thinking!!!!

If it helps at all, I sent UK passport photos (they don't always get rejected apparently) and we need a co-sponsor because Jesse is a student too. As long as the co-sponsor has all the stuff required there is no reason for either of us to be concerned about denial. I go through stages of being panicked about what may or may not happen and always come to the conclusion that it's just not worth it. Best thing is to be aware of where the holes are and be prepared with the bits of paper to fill them in. :)

I sent UK ones too, it looks like a lot of us did. I can't image that they send RFEs for everyone that did though, it would be a huge amount.

You're right English Muffin, I just can't see them wanting to give themselves that much more work. I just have rotten luck with things and I'll get the nitpicker that wants everything just so.

Well its pretty much impossible to get US size passport photos anywhere but in the US. We sent chinese passport photos, a little smaller than US overall, but the head size was correct. I very much doubt many people get a RFE over photos at this stage ( unless the background color is wrong, wearing glasses or something silly) . For the interview you will need 2 x 2, so work on getting them.

In china pretty much the only place you can get them is in the city the consulates in, so we will get them then. Dont know about other countries.

It looks like some filers that sent their petitions in june are actually getting approved now :dance: . Its sick that within 90 days processing of NOA2 is now turning to unpredictable timeline. Anyway still will rejoice in all situations as the good book says. Hope all the best.
