I am telling you guys...I think your average approval dates will be shorter than ours are  Since they are finishing rest of May filers this week, they can start working on June´s filers next week and there are much less June filers so they will be done with us quickly and then the week after it´s your turn!

I am so hopeful :innocent::whistle:

i'm all for it :D

as long as I can get there by 17th April I'm OK as 18th of April is my last chance to get my marriage license in time for wedding. Stupid that we need to both apply in person at least 14days before wedding. Obviously would prefer sooner...was hoping for first/second week in march.

Well if your religious views allow and it is something you are prepared to do, you could always do what I am going to do which is head into the US, have your ceremony/get the license then a couple weeks later just fill in the paperwork :)

Well I always say I am visiting a friend but the last time my OH came to visit he told them he was visiting his fiancee and had no problems :D

Hate US immigration though - always made to feel like a criminal :)

Ok - bedtime now :D

I had to laugh when I read that... I am american, and the last time I tried to get into the UK, upon arrival I ended up spending the day in immigration! I was pulled aside because I didn't have a return ticket (long story), and spent 8 hours in a holding room with other "detainees", being questioned over and over... Eventually I was denied entry, and sent back to the US... It was like they were fishing for reasons to deny me, and in the end their argument for my refusal was weak, but nonetheless, I was sent back to the US. I know that immigration in the US is pretty tough, but the UK is no picnic either!

Haha - my OH had a nightmare getting into the UK as well with me - it was last summer and he was due to be here for a few months. We flew back from the US together and went through our separate gate thingies - he told the IO he was staying with a friend, they asked where she was, he looked around and I had already gone to baggage (which is where I said I would meet him). He was gone *ages* we were both tired and he was majorly pi$$ed!!!

So yeah - I know it's their jobs to try and find out if you're up to no good but I still hate it :)

Ugh!!

Our date for NOA2 in my timeline has been pushed back over a week.. this sucks.

Used to be Nov 23rd now I'm Dec 7..

look on the bright side. you filed 10 days after me and your estimated NOA2 date is 14 days sooner than mine. i filed earlier and my VJ date says Dec 21.

I can't believe that I have already been waiting 79 days!!!! Initially I really didn't think it would take this long, especially since I am going through VSC. Oh how wrong I was! Its terrible that the waits are so long now, I think even longer now than during the IMBRA crisis of 2006.

I know other people have waited longer, I know its a privilege, I know there will be other issues once my fiance immigrates and all that other bollocks, but it still doesn't make waiting any easier. *big sigh*

I am at 139 days and counting. Like everyone on here I thought for sure I would get approved in 90 days or less.

Unfortunately, it appears everybody from about April on got caught in the "perfect storm" at USCIS. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. In addition, all K1 and K3 petitions seem to be at the bottom of the priority list.

I am hoping all May filers get approved soon. All we can do is wait though.
