Have just finished CSC-spamming so get checking your NOA1 hard copies people - we want to try and keep this spreadsheet as consistent as possible by making sure the NOA1 date entered is the NOTCE date printed on your hard copy

A couple of usernames didn't show so am going to do some investimagating

I think it would be best if we could get a response even if it is just to confirm that the date is correct or we may just assume that you haven't been online/checked your pms/bothered to answer (delete as appropriate)

Managed to track down the two users I couldn't get in touch with:

samby = TinTin and Samby

Rick and Dixie = deleting profile

The first part is the name on the spreadsheet, the second is what they show as on VJ - don't know if it would be worth updating the spreadsheet to reflect this?! I don't know if Rick and Dixie are now redundant or...

Yay! That means we got everyone! Or at least everyone who is on the spreadsheet already anyway

It won't make the NOA2 come any quicker but at least it means things can be kept accurate now Might be worth confirming with people when they get their NOA2s that it is the actual notice date or whatever on the hard copy just to prevent any confusion from the off

oooooo just got email that our wedding rings are finished at the design workshop and will be sent to nicks mammy early next week! I love the exchange rate.....if you replace the $ with £ our rings were buy one, get one free...hahaha....at the time I paid thru paypal £1 = $2.09

Anyone know any good migraine remedies short of wrapping head in cold damp towel and lying in the dark?! It's not a major one - I've only had one like that and it was incapacitating - it's the same sort of feeling and pain but just not as hurty - the swimmy head that feels too heavy for your neck, blurry eyes, small amounts of nausea/not wanting to eat combined with the feeling that your head is in a very tight vice that you can kinda handle, but every now and then the pressure is too much and it hurts... is very weird because it doesn't hurt as much as it could do!! Still want to make it go away though

peppermint and cold compress!!!!!!! My family are anti chemical medication...neither me or my 23 yr old bro have EVER had painkillers, we have stronger immune systems than most people we know and according to my dr (alternative therapist with doctorate in alt. medicine) we have higher than average pain thresholds. We don't have a medicine cabinate in my house...it's a herb and tea cabinate. Me and my bro have learned the old fashioned (talking seriously BC here) remedies and how to mix our own teas and ointments! I got given so many painkiller from A&E with my burn but as soon as my rents saw them....well straight to pharmacy for disposal. I'll never be able to take a painkiller now I'm told...my body won't cope with the chemicals and will make me worse. Unfortunatly this makes my medical needs in US hard...need to find alternative practitioners and insurance wont cover it. I even need private insurance here due to medical beliefs.

Haha! Sounds very very cool but a nightmare at the same time!! I must admit I tend to be more conventional - I prefer to try natural remedies first but will resort to painkillers if need be. So Dr Debz - what is your diagnosis?!

well you probably don't have the stuff in the house. But stock up for future....Twinnings peppermint tea (most natural on general market) and go to boots and get a peppermint migrastick ( it's peppermint pulsepoint oil) put on wrists, temples, across forehead and under nose. Makes you stink of peppermint but works and you don't fill your body with the chemicals they put in painkillers. If you really find you get BAD migranes or other regular pains, go to a chinese dr or herbalist and get willow bark. Willow bark is the base ingredient of asprin only without the nasty man made chemicals. You make a tea with it...tastes foul but works and it's totally natural.

Umm... try switching to white? Those damn tannins can give you a headache...
