I have a quick question for Jeraly. I know that you had mentioned awhile back being able to watch a flight path. Where do you go to find that? He is flying in today on British Airways. Thanks for your help and hope your headache is gone.

Hope VSC dont stop approving petitions!!!!! If they should continue this way, our timeline might be earlier than we thought. The recent approvals for june filers kinda put a on my face even though I am a late july filer.

so far the june filers i have seen approved actually have a recieved date of may 15th and transfered from service center to CSC. i havent seen any yet at the end of may or actually june sent and june recieved.

I think this month will see the rest of the may recieved. June will be nov and july will be Dec, unless they can get it in gear and start focusing on K visas.

You are right. I was going by the NOA1, these centers need to speed things up after jacking up the fees they should higher more contractors, interns or stay in schools or any reliable . They should have a guy like this at the front of their offices.

as long as can get my interview before 2nd week in april and fly straight out 2-3 days later it'll be fine. Nebraska requires we get our marriage license 2 weeks before wedding and we need to apply in person.

I'm just going through that losing hope stage just now getting consumed by that big black cloud. Gonna go do spreadsheet stuff so pdates will be there in 5mins or so. Can't wait til I can start filling in that NOA2 column.

Hey - we all go through that black cloud stage I've found the best way of dealing with it is to make sure you have plenty of backup plans!!

my backup plan is to try to get into country last week in april, have wedding as a non legally binding vow ceremony. fly home, finish waiting on k1, fly back and sign paper in courthouse. My biggest worry with back up plan is getting turned away at POE.

Yeah - same as me Although there really is no reason why we wouldn't get in - providing we have proof of ties to back here to show we intend to return etc then it should be fine And we can also go through Ireland as well which will at least ensure if we don't get through immigration that we don't have to fly all the way back... also means that once we are through we don't have to worry for the rest of the flight which would be absolute bliss! I always worry!!

I assume you will be partaking of the wedding insurance as well then?!?!

$300. Not bad at all. Shop around though and try to go for a company that deals with wedding insurance specifically.
