I am working on the I-129F tonight and I got to thinking there are probably lots of others doing the same thing.

All July filers please let the rest of us know what is going on with your application.

I guess I should reply too since I'm going to be filing myself.

Soon as I get the birth certificate thing worked out (tomorrow) and get paid (Friday) then I'm mailing off my I-129F!

I'm going to send it express, or whatever, I want them to get it ASAP.

Here's hoping VSC starts picking up and we don't have to wait *too* long...

December 11, 2007 - Packet 3 mailed out by London!

January 08 - Packet 3 lost in the mail, waiting on a new one...

January 14, 2008 - Packet 3 finally received!

March 3, 2008 - Medical Appointment

April 10, 2008 - VISA INTERVIEW!!!!!! - APPROVED!!!!!

April 15, 2008 - Visa in hand!

May 12, 2008 - POE in the US!!!!

I guess I'm kinda a july filer now since thanks to slow mail from UK it didn't arrive at NSC until July. I'm stuck with the slow centre too.....and it's getting slower. I was hoping to be there for my b'day on 27th Jan but that slowly a fading hope!

Sorry...I really am the doom bringer right now...it just seems like such a mountain ahead!

yayayayay i sent my packet on July 2nd and it was received by VSC on July 3rd...im patiently awaiting my NOA1

i filed mine july 6... and asked for a return receipt but i havent gotten it back.... but then USPS emailed me saying that the petition has been delivered but how come i dont have the return receipt yet?? and how do you know that your package has been received?? you had a return receipt too??? i dont i was just wondering why i dont have mine yet.. do i have to go to the post office and get the return receipt from them or something??

04-1998 his sister/ my friend introduced us to each other..

04-24-1998 got together as boyfriend and girlfriend..

........... 8 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS LATER...............

12-23-2006 he proposed in baguio city philippines.. of course i said YES!!!

Dude you need to call them, and ask them what is going on with your file.. and get your wac number ....

i called them and i get mines them i got the hard paper..

You can get your receipt number from the back of the cashed cheque. It took them a month to cash our cheque and we still haven't received and NOA1 but since I have a receipt number I am not too bothered by that. I just needed to know it was in the system.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

I sent my I129F in on July 5, the CSC received it July 6, and they cashed my check on July 10. Unfortunately, the WAC number on the back of the check is completely unreadable, so I'm waiting for the official notice to come in the mail. But is it exciting nevertheless to be in the system finally - and waiting!

The CSC received our I-129F on 7/5/07 - and I received the NOA1 back today (7/13). We are on our wayyyyyy!!!!!

July 3, 2007 - Mailed I-129F to CSC

July 13, 2007 - Received NOA1

November 15, 2007 - Received NOA2

January 10, 2008 - Received NOA4

February 13, 2008 - CFO in Cebu

February 18, 2008 - Early Medical

March 3, 2008 - Interview!!!

March 14, 2008 - Baby and the Boy together in Los Angeles!!

Attention all July Filers - GOOD LUCK!

We have just sent in our I129F on July 7 and just today received notification that it was received on July 9 - How great is that!!! I know that it will be a long wait ahead and am trying to prepare for it. My fiance and I are so looking forward to just being together in America. I am from Wisconsin and my fiance is from the UK. Onward and Upward I say!

We definately wish everyone the best of luck on their journey!
