Vaccine requirements for visa while in Ecuador

Hi, my wife had all the typical vaccines from when she was a child but in Ecuador they do not have any sort of record of this. She recently went to a doctor to try to get started on the long list of required vaccines for her IR-1 and they told her for the majority of them, they are only for babies/children. This, of course, makes sense, as that is normal, but what can she do if there is noelectronic record and she does not have any paper records from 40+ years ago? Curious to hear about others' experience on this topic. Thank you.

Either she take another vaccines for example tdap, hep B or she can get titter test. I got chicken pox when I was 4, I know I already had the vaccine ( i still have mark from it ) but had no proof. The titter solve the problem 

 

I have 0 record of immunization when I was a child. I sent all updated record that I had because I work in hospital in US ( so I have to take some immunization)  to the civil surgeon and they said all is ok and updated
