I've made a huge mistake. I filled the I765 at DHS instead of immigration almost 3 months ago. I was getting ready to file the I485 this month and saw that I was not supposed to send it seperately. What do I do?

Talked on the phone a lot and I asked if I could come see her in July

July 2005 10 day visit Manizales, Colombia-Proposed

Can not get married until she finishes her degree which Paula believes she receives in September 2006

October 2005 6 day visit at a Physics Congress in Barranquilla, Colombia

Dec 2005 to Jan 2006 29 days in Manizales, Colombia

February 2006 Laid off

April 23rd 2006 back to work

have you received anything from the USCIS regarding your I-765 application?

did they cash your cheque?

have you received a NOA from them?

bit more info might help.

Sorry about that.

I got the NOA1

I do not know if they cashed the check I'll have to check with my bank tomorrow. I used a cashiers check.

What kind of visa are you here on? Under what category did you file for EAD?

The copies are at work we filled under k-1 and got married. I filed after her i94 expired but can't remember the category. I have the papers at work.

I did not get paperwork back from DHS

A06 is the class I think I'm screwed. I've lost the money and need to file another I765?
