Can the forum pls confirm below?  Specifically if 0 or blank makes a difference for Q3

My situation:

- K1 nonimmigrant fiance, married to US citizen petitioner

- K1 nonimmigrant fiance has no kids, US citizen petitioner has 2 kids from previous marriage

I-864 Part 5:

Q1: 1

Q2: 1

Q3: blank or zero?

Q4: 2

Q5-7: 0

Q8: 4

Thanks!

My recommendation:

Blank.

Why? Because you don't want them to think you did not get married.

Then in the additional information section tell them that's why you did not want to input zero and why you left it blank.

"My immigrant spouse is included in Qu 1, I can't input someone twice however I did not want you to think I do not have a spouse by inputting zero as having a spouse is a requirement for my spouse's K1 AOS" or something to that extent.

Doesn't matter, you can leave as is or put 0. I put 0 since i didn't want to leave anything blank and since my wife was already counted on 1. It's that simple per instructions. No additional information section filled out.
Putting 0 means you are not counting your spouse on 3.
