I am about to have an interview on my I-751 divorce wavier application next month. 

Could you guys share some interview experience?

Did you guys bring all the documents you submitted in the packet to the Interview? 

 

Documents I submitted 

1. Two joint apartment leases.

3. Marriage certificate

4. Military dependent ID application

5. Dependent ID

6. Wedding ring warrant and receipt

7. wedding invitation

8. Birthday card, christmas card from my ex and my ex's family 

9. Divorce Decree which states my marriage is not a fraud or sham marriage that It was a real marriage by a Judge. 

(My ex tried to get annulment to deport me and made false accusations but Judge gave me a divorce) 

10. Plane tickets with my name and my ex's name (vacation, trip)

11. Photo of injury from domestic violence. 

12. Police report

13. My ex's message, texts of him cheating. cheating messages.

14. My friend's affidavit stating he saw my ex's cheating on me.

15. PFA, restraining order against my ex

16. email about divorce petition 

17. divorce petition 

18. our texts together. 

19/20 His military paper that says he has a dependent, married, and receiving BAH (housing money)

21. joint tax transcript 

22. life insurance me as a beneficiary

23. receipt of our furniture bought together. 

24. lots of photos together/ wedding photos(we had a big wedding hundreds of guests)

25. Joint bank account statements

Bring EVERYTHING to prove the marriage was entered in good faith -meaning you can include things from the time you were dating-.

Thank you. I plan on bringing everything that I have submitted and as well as new stuff I found...
