Okay, I suspect that CO may have interpreted the engagement as "marriage." Could you share the letter (while redacting ID info)?

You said you got a letter about visa denial, why do you need another letter? Can he not share the letter with you?

i did about the denial, but i dont have it anymore 

Lesson #1:  Save ALL communication pertaining to immigration.

 

The problem you have is that whatever the issue was for your denied K-1, you will very likely have to overcome it if you want a spousal visa.

 

It is unfortunate you don't have that letter, because we're all just taking shots in the dark to try to help you identify what you'll need to overcome going forward.
