As per USCIS website: " We strongly encourage you to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee after you pick up your immigrant visa from the Department of State and before you depart for the United States. […] You may also pay the fee after you arrive in the United States. If you choose this option, we will send you a notice requesting payment with instructions on paying your fee. You will not receive your Green Card until you have paid the USCIS Immigrant Fee."

02/23/21: I-130 NOA1

05/05/21: First "Actively reviewed"

08/05/21: I-129f submitted

09/15/21: Unsolicited documents uploaded on the website

09/16/21: Second "Actively reviewed"

09/16/21: NOA2 (K3 Denied)

09/20/21: NVC Received and case number assigned

09/20/21: AOS and IV fees paid

09/27/21: NVC documents submitted

12/29/21: Documentarily qualified

01/14/22: Interview scheduled

02/16/22: Interview

The green card fee can be paid before or after you enter the US. See link below

 

If paid before you enter, your green card will begin to be processed once you enter the US

If paid after you enter, your green card will be processed after the fee is paid. You will be sent a reminder to pay it.
