1. Do we have to write Petitioner's name/DOB and Benificiary's name/DOB on every single page of the supporting documentation you upload in the I-130 application online?

and how do I add that in a scanned document (pdf) if I don't have Adobe Pro? Sorry, not a computer savvy here..

2. For the presentation letter where you list the summary of the evidence docs, does it have to be formal with a short love story or simply "Dear Sir/Madam, below is the list of documents: ..."

TIA

1.  not at this stage but i would label documents if u get an RFE / mainly because some RFE"s have to be mailed in still and are not always kept together with your bar code letter by the officer putting them into a computer .  and then label and put the case # on them

2. short story of how u met (like online,  thru family or friends ) and date  u started taking

and meeting in person and when married

Not required.  But petitioners may present their evidence whichever way they want.  Some do with cover letters.  We didn't and we were approved without any question about our bona fides.

Wait, do we need a presentation letter for CR1 spouse?????? I checked the guides and no where does it say you need a presentation letter of how you met.

much of this depends on embassy

for Morocco and other high fraud countries ,  the CO will want to know how the couple met, how much quality time they spent together,   that they did not marry on 1st face to face meeting,  etc

and i didn't send one as i didn't know to do this

Note that the spouse visa process does have requirements that MUST be met, but what you send in addition to the required forms and documentation is up to you.  Failing to meet requirements assures failure, but just meeting requirements does not assure success.  For Morocco, you'll want to front load your filing with relationship evidence.  Sometimes a letter explaining how you met and the evolution of your relationship, in addition to other relationship evidence, can be very helpful.
