Hi, so I'm looking for someone to help me. My husband and I applied through a K1 visa for my green card or Adjustment of Status in December of 2019, in April of 2020 I checked the status of my case online and it said that it was ready for an interview but it's been almost two years since and I haven't heard back from the USCIS. I am renewing for the second time my combo card but I'm getting a little bit anxious about not having my interview yet. I Live in California and I honestly don't know which one is my office. But if anyone have any experiences or suggestions please let me know. Also, I tried to call the USCIS but I only get to the audio message. Does anyone know of a phone number that I can call so I can speak to a representative and not just a machine? Thank you!!

Scroll to the bottom and use the field office locator using your zip code:

https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/field-offices

Once you find your LFO you can look up processing times for it here

To speak to a real person, whether on the phone or through the online chat function, you need to wait for them to be open again. This is normally Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm Eastern time. Bare in mind Monday is a federal holiday so I believe the earliest you could reach a real person would be Tuesday.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I didn’t sir, I was told to Move from AOS K1/K3 Process to Progress Reports and I didn’t know how so I just had to post it again… have a good day.

It says Moved which means it was already done by a VJ Organizer.

Oh thank you! I didn’t realize. I truly don’t know how to use the website too much. I’ll delete the other one. Thank you.

No worries. The other one was already deleted :)
