Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone from San Diego or California that applied for their AOS (Adjustment of Status) last year and got approved.

What was the timeframe for your AOS process?

For me:

Applied 7/26

Biometrics 8/24

RFE 9/24

No response since then

Anything I can do to expedite the process? Any recommendations?

Thank you all

I did file those. What are the reasons? Do you have a link please?

Thanks

I765: proof of employer wanting to hire you (ie. Letter stating so).

I131: death of immediate family (parent, sibling or child) living outside of US.

You may google the form number and "expedite".
