Hello!

Is anyone else having trouble with the CEAC site today and yesterday? We are at NVC stage and we got an alert that our documents have been reviewed and require some adjustments. I can login, I can see the messages, but when I click on "civil documents" to see exactly what I need to do I am diverted to a site stating "Application error, try again later". Very frustrating when I am eager to fix what I need to do!

 

We have written to NVC and also alerted CEAC that something is up with their site, but I was just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this?

No issues at my end (from HTX).  I was able to access yesterday and today.  Maybe try another browser? I am using Chrome.

Thanks! I have already tried Chrome, Edge, Safari and from two different laptops :( Maybe it's an issue just with my case? So frustrating as I want to fix our documents asap...

How about logging in as Applicant, Petitioner, Third Party? Don't know of that help change links.  Try mobile too.

I would say try incognito mode. If others are able to access the site and you have tried multiple laptops, then something might be up with your network. Try from a different location. And yes might also be you case. If your case, time and or contact with NVC might resolve it.

 

NVC will give you the default answer of trying back in about 24 hours.
