How long after your approval did you receive your green card?

After the waiver approval it took a little over 2 months to get the visa to enter the U.S.  The time depends on how quick the embassy acts and what additional information it may need.  In my spouse's case, the medical exam had to be done again, but that was it.  The embassy contacted us within a few days of the approval with what was needed to issue the visa.  We didn't need to interview again, but some embassies may require it.

We had to file an I-601 for my wife's Chinese Communist Party membership.  Received the receipt notice 4/10/2023.  Now we begin the wait.

Well, our I-601 was approved in probably record time of 3 weeks.  I-485 approved simultaneously.  Maybe they had pity on us since we have been waiting 3 years for the green card.

You’re very fortunate, congratulations. At least you will get a 10 year GC and will avoid having to remove conditions (I-751).
