Hello,

Long story short. My daughter and I moved to US January 2020 at the same time K1/K2 visa.

We submit AOS at the same time. We got Biometric at the same time.

But: I got interview invite (and interviewed and got approved) for me only. When I was at the interview, I asked the interviewer about my daughter's case, but she said she couldn't do anything because "The case is not here".

Anyone got the same issue and how it would turn out? Should I do anything (like call USCIS?)

Thank you! Any advice is highly appreciated.

Thought I should share an update:

K2’a case got approved later after 1 month. No interview required.

Good luck everyone!
