EA expired and expedite request has being denied

Hello,

A green card applicant here, looking for some guidance or tips on my current situation:

I have my employment authorization under the O1 visa, which expired on 12/25/2021. USCIS in Nebraska received and approved my I-140 petition on 08/31/2021.

My EA I-765 was received on 08/22/2021, however I still haven't received my work permit and my visa already expired.

I've done so far 3 expedite request under the Severe Financial Loss criteria, however all had been denied.

I contacted Ombudsman for help and intervention on my case but haven't heard anything...

Has anyone had experience that? Any recommendations?

Thanks!!!

Renewing the O1 would have been the obvious option

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

When did you do that?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
