Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to speak to a real person at the London embassy over the phone? My case was transferred to the London embassy 10 weeks ago but I've heard nothing and had no confirmation from London that they have even received it. I would like to be able to speak to someone but I'm finding it difficult to find a number to call that will get me through to a real person and using the contact form online is getting me nowhere.

Can anyone help?

Have you been documentarily qualified yet? Did you get a new case ID that begins with LND?

Originally my case was being processed in Dublin where I was document qualified and at interview stage however when arranging the interview they suddenly  transferred my case to London stating I was not eligible to attend the Dublin embassy as I live in Northern Ireland which is part of the UK (even though I am an Irish passport holder). As far as I am aware my case is still in the process of being transferred and I have not yet received a new case ID for London. I wanted to speak to someone as its been almost three months and I'd like some reassurance that my case hasn't been lost etc.
