oh my the portland clinic was asking me to have my full medical exam again...because they don't take partial exam but full medical exam Only. i only need the TD shot and my record transferred to I693A form. I had my full medical exam done last May 24, 2007...and it is valid for one year.

Can anyone pls tell me which clinic in Oregon or Washington or Las Vegas that only get me my TD and not the full medical exam. Thank you very very much.

Have you tried calling around to all the civil surgeons in your area? I had to call about three in our area before I found one that would only charge to do the form and give Claudeth the Tetanus shot. Also, the surgeon we saw wanted to have her get an xray so I gave him the one she got at St. Luke's and that seem to satisfy him.
