Hi to everyone.  I wish to know if Im in the rage of processing time. I filed i130 on March 9, 2021. On June 9 2021 I received a notice the my case is being reviewed. Since then ai have no received  anything else fron USCIS. My case apparently was transferred without notice from Nebraska to Texas. Am I still in time or should I sent an e-request to them? How long can it take from "reviewed " to approval? I also did an i129 for k3 on September 2021 to se if I can push my case.

This is the processing time right now for TSC for I-130 for spouses of US citizens:

10.5 Months to 13.5 Months
U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21
December 01, 2020

You can only send an e-request for outside of normal processing time if your receipt is dated December 1, 2020 or earlier. Once it gets to your PD, then you can file that request.

Contact the office of the governor of PR. They should have a USCIS liaison.

Yes they do have an office, but IDK if they can help me with status. I think they are only for biometrics. I wanted to wait the full year just to make sure they don't  tell me that I still have to wait  thanks for your reply
