I applied in July 2020,

in May 2021 I received a RFE

Now I just got an interview notice for Feb 2022

Do I need a lawyer to come with me at the interview? Will the officer behave differently if a lawyer is not present?

Divorce waiver? You do not need a lawyer. Just bring ALL the evidence you can gather to prove you entered your marriage in good faith.

Yes, this was a divorce waiver

I wonder the same thing. We had a lawyer when we were applying for AOS. Then we didn’t hire one for I-751 but now since we got divorced i am considering hiring one for the interview
