Okay so we have gotten our choice of agent simaltaneously and we are a bit confused. So the NVC deals with the I130 there right and the I 129f is done only from the Embassy right? Thats what the girl at the NVC told me.

So we got all of the medical information and my husband scheduled his medical and we got all of our visa info for the I129f - K-3 in the mail and we sent that off. It was all the visa applications and so on. So when do we find out when the visa appointment is? Its been a few weeks now!

Also i originally sent the payment for the I130 to the NVC but now we will just go with the I129 so if we don't do anything with the case will it just expire?

Please help are we on the right track?

Thanks in advance
