Where to pick up Paperwork after Interview?

My Fiancé and I are scheduling her interview for early February, and we are confused about something.  It says we can pick it up at a MOA branch, one of the locations is free.  However, I can not see that location in the menu.   She will be staying in Manila for an extra few days to make sure she has time to get the paperwork back.  Any suggestions or help her Visa Journey friends?

Select another branch as the pickup point.  There should be many options within Metro Manila.

"A few days" may or may not be enough as you have been on this journey long enough to realize that by now. It took my wife over 3 weeks to receive her visa and we still had to drive several hours to pick it up. I'm not trying to be negative here, and I hope she receives it the very next day but we all can see that the only sense of Urgency we experience throughout this process is our own. We all wish you guys the Best of Luck! God Bless!🙏

Thank you.   Yeah, this has been a very long Journey.  We heard a rumor that they are picking up speed, so we're crossing our fingers.  But we will be patient.  We will probably just pick them up in Duma.

Question for you though.

Did they tell your fiancé she was approved at the embassy?

That is 2-3 days AFTER issued status, not after the interview.      And there is no clue when the visa will actually be issued

MOA is in Pasay City, it won't say Manila

Hi, actually the CO’s words were, “I am recommending you for approval” and of course they kept her passport. So if they keep her passport then that a good sign it will most likely be approved. I have read instances where the applicant has received their visa in a few days but that was Pre-Covid. Again please understand, they are on their own clock!

if the ceac site says it's 'issued' does that mean the passport is en route to her?

It's not exactly the same since they changed from 2Go to LBC as the courier,  but in October from when my wife and stepdaughters visas showed "issued" on CEAC, it was the second day in the afternoon when it started tracking on 2Go's web site and the morning of the 3rd day it was available for pickup in Pampanga. It would have been the same morning anyplace in Manila as well since it went from acceptance to available for pickup overnight.

So 3 days from "Issued" to available for pickup.

Being one of the first to have a visa issued now that they are apparently using LBC, it might be worthwhile for you to test LBC tracking on https://www.lbcexpress.com/

For 2Go it was tracking by the number in brackets after your e-mail address when logged into cgifederal.secure.force.com   I haven't seen any first hand reports yet of how tracking is working with LBC.

what's bizarre is on the cgifederal page I changed it to the LBC option and shortly after the page loaded and now it keeps thinking that I'm filing another visa.  It won't show me the finalized stuff anymore.  I'm going to try to call the embassy to confirm it was sent using LBC and not to her house.  We have her phone and my email in the contact information.  Will the embassy send out anything when it is mailed?

We did receive notification by e-mail from the Embassy.  But the e-mail arrived at roughly the same time as the passports and visas were available for pickup.

yeah mine does have that number but it was using LBC.  Nothing pops up.  Just gotta hope they email me and it's been sent to the local SM.  She never even got her initial visa packet from the embassy.  Philippine mail is such a joke.
