I only have passport, but scared to ask agency to process it since there so many scam, pls let me know ... thank you for helping me..

Hello Marisel. Mike E has given you some good threads to read about the fiance visa process. Are you from the Philippines? You can also stop by the Philippines subforum here on Visajourney to ask questions as well:

My first question is are you the beneficiary? If so you should not need to use an agency in your home country for this process at all.
