Howdy!

My wife and I would like to get a first time homebuyers loan and get marketplace health insurance. Would doing this effect my removal of conditions process in the future?(ie. would I unknowingly end up owing money?)

Nope.  Those are not means-tested benefits.

Oh perfect! Thank you for the prompt response. I have one more question as a green card holder would I be able to work at a casino as a card dealer? Or would that be bad too I cant seem to find anything online stating otherwise

I can’t think why it would be a federal policy- there are some positions for which applicants must be a USC, but casinos are privately owned.

 

Have you looked at websites of the casinos themselves, under their ‘careers’ or actual job listings?
