Quick question:

For the supporting evidence for the I134- letter from employer, letter from financial institutions, etc - who should they be addressed to? Same address as I129 - the USCIS - or the foreign consulate?

"To Whom it may concern". Actually it doesn't need to be addressed.

Not sure what you mean by "addressed to".

Mine was structured as a business letter on company letterhead. The addressee was the Embassy (Consulate, etc) and the salutation line was "Dear Consular Officer" or "To whom it may concern" - can't remember which now. But "To whom it may concern" is always appropriate.

When you ask who they should be addressed to I am assuming you mean a street address as you ask if it should be the same as the USCIS or the foreign embassy. The I-134 and supporting documents are sent directly to your fiance and are brought to the interview. I know they ask for a statement from your bank saying how long you have had an account there and what your average balance has been. My bank had a computer generated form that they were able to print out in seconds and the salutation was "To whom it my concern."
