You do not want to confuse irreconcilable differences and VAWA.  They are not the same.

You want to claim VAWA because your wife slept with someone else?   No comment.   😳

VAWA is a weird thing, sort of reminds me of removing conditions, seems open to abuse and those of unscrupulous dispositions came easily take advantage

Yup.   Gets quite disheartening to see the abuse so rampant over the years.....
