we are in same situation. Not getting medical date before interview as we are family of 3. So, we are going to attend interview before medical.! Will see what happens.!

No worries you can go to the interview even if your medical exams are not completed, The Visa officer will certify a passport copy for your medical, 

 

I did the same two weeks ago.

What embassy was that? You have no profile or timeline. I realize this is the UK forum, but you’d be surprised by how many from other countries wander in here and give answers  that don’t apply to London.

I have my interview 10th March but medical Is in 6th April. I messaged the embassy and they say you should do medical 5 days before interview. But on the London embassy website it says you MUST attend your visa interview. I think I would rather attend the interview regardless and save myself the headache after.

 

Did they give you a hard time about attending without medical results? And will they really certify a copy of my passport for the medical?

I went through the same questions, but I decided to go to the interview anyway, the Visa officers know the backlog for medicals, I didn't ask for a certified copy of my passport, they voluntary gave me one, and from my personal point of view, there were quite nice about this matter.
