Hi everyone,

I need your advise for my daughter’s case ( she is now 14 years old):

1.     She has CR2 VISA and entered U.S on Feb 2020

2.     After 90 days, USCIS informed that her Green Card was send to our home address. But we never received it. We ran to USPS to check and track the letter and after 3 days, USPS confirmed that our mail was not found and gave us paper said that “the mail was sent to wrong address”.

3.     With all USPS’s evidents, we applied I-90 to replace my daughter green card:

a.     July 3, 2020: I got the receipt notice

b.     June 12. 2021: A biomatrics appointment

c.     July 7, 2021: Case is being reviewed by USCIS

4.     I check the processing time for the case: out of processing time ; and I send my 1st queries on Nov 29, 2021 : no reply; I have to wait 30 days to send 2nd queries on Dec29, 2021. And I am in another  30 days waiting for USCIS reply.

5.     I sent 5 letters via myuscis website to ask for help; but no real reply; all is general information reply.

6.     I try to contact USCIS via phone: 800-375-5283 many times to try contact to Representative but never success because the Automatic/ AI machine is not allow me to talk to Human.

7.     My daughter I-551 and green card will expire on Feb 7, 2022; We need to submit I-751 form to Remove Condition of Permanent resident before Feb 5, 2022 ( within 90 days before exprired date). That why I have a stress about How can I submit I 751 without her physical green card?

Pls anyone know about the situation, pls advise me:

1.     How I can contact to USCIS representative (human) successfully in order to ask my case?

2.     Can I submit I 751 with my daughter visa I-551 and I-90 receipt notice? Or I have to wait the physical green card? Because one of the  documents required is a copy of the physical green card.

Thanks you so much for your patience and reading all my case.

I am looking forward to hearing any advise from you. I appreciate for all your help.

1.  You can speak to a human at USCIS by saying "Infopass" at the prompt.

2.  I would Submit the I-751 on time with or without a copy of the green card.  Just include an explanation and/or the I-90 receipts.

Good Luck.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
