I’m sending my package by the end of this month. This is the list. See if you can find something that you also have:

You need to include documentation showing you’re living together, such as DL, joint leases, deeds/ mortgages, etc.

Thank you so much, I will include Driver's licenses showing addresses, also flight booking reservation details.  Added extra statements from when I migrated and today statement.

Subject: Immigration Pardon Letter for delayed filing of form I-751.

Dear USCIS Officer,

I, xxxxxx is writing this letter to ask for your understanding and support with regards to the delayed submission of my form I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence).  I am filing a joint Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, with my spouse, xxxxx.  My spouse and I married on July 10th, 2017 and I, subsequently migrated to the U.S.A. on 01/27/2019 under the conditional green card holder status and has been living together since.  Upon nearing my green card anniversary, I used the form I-90 (Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card) to renew my green card which was filed on October 14th, 2020.  The case status for the form I-90 was updated on January 4th, 2022 with a Petition denied letter.  The immigration officer requested that I submit form I-751 to process the Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.  I would like to also include during the submission of I-90 application I was working close to 50 hours a week in the healthcare sector as a Pharmacy Technician assisting with Covid testing, while also being 6-7 months pregnant. I sincerely do apologize for this severe inconvenience this may have caused and hope that you will take my apology into consideration and accept my application for the Removal of Conditions on Residence.

We have enclosed Form I-751, a money order for $595 and copies of my permanent resident card.  Please also find the following documents enclosed to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

Could you please look this draft over?  I want to make sure they understand what had happened here although this is not a major excuse as stated in the other forums.

We also live with my parents since we are working to buy a house. My parents wrote a letter signed and dated explaining that we are living with them and why. We included this in our package to prove we live together, along with copies of documents showing we live at the same address.

Just got a curious question - the denial letter that I received stated that I should apply for the I-751 application.  The visa extension letter I-797 stated that it will expire on Jan 27th, 2022.  Does this mean I am still going to receive the NTA ?   or Do I have a moment to file I-751 between now till the expiration?

Yes but do not delay

You do not need all bank statements, that is overkill. You only need a few from each year since you've had joint accounts. Joint car insurance is also good as well as joint cell phone account.

This is more accurate. I only sent statements from our joint  Bank account spaced out every 3 months or so. No issues. Same with joint credit card and other joint statements. One time where Quality is better than quantity.

Definitely not ALL bank statements.
Kills me to see how much paper people waste and continue polluting when USCIS won’t even look at it.

I always sent the last 3 months worth (paystubs, phone bills, utility bills, bank statements, etc), and never had an issue.

Thank you for all your support.. I mailed it with Overnight shipping with Signature confirmation and with tracking number just to keep a paper trail.  Also reached out to a lawyer, who stated that I needed to file I-751 before the expiration of my extension letter and not to leave the mainland USA (which I am not).   Now fingers crossed and praying for some miracle to happen.

You were lucky. I have seen people getting a RFE for that.

Doing ALL statements might be an overkill. However, doing quarterly sounds good enough!
