Unfortunately, you waited 7 months for nothing.  USEM would not have that health case number.  You just need to book a medical exam appointment at SLEC again.  Your parents should bring the vaccination sheet given by SLEC at their previous medical exam.

This is something new and I don't know of anyone who has successfully navigated it. Before you could just schedule a new medical. Now it seems to be a crazy process if you have already had one and need to reschedule. I wish I could help but our reschedule was simple. I  hate when they implement a new policy that does not work ant there is no place to call or go to for help.

I have a friend who got turned down this morning for her medical because she couldn’t provide her health case number, what does she have to do? She was devastated after this morning and wouldn’t talk about it. I just want to help her. Who does she have to phone to get this ‘health case number’, thanks in advance.
