Any May Filers receive their EAD yet??

Anyone who filed in may (we mailed in our EAD May 4) receive their EAD yet? Or heard word of it's status? The last time we heard from them was 30 days ago (already have done the Biometrics). Just wondering if anyone else has heard word.... We have our interview the end of August (which was a surprise it was so fast) and are wondering if that is effecting the EAD... Pete was hoping to work by August...

PS. Anyone know how long it usually takes from the AOS Interview to receiving their Greencard??

April 27: Married!!

May 4: AOS & EAD sent off.

July 28: EAD Card Arrives in Mail!

Aug 23: AOS Interview! APPROVED!!

Aug 30: Welcome to America! letter arrived.

Sept 7: Greencard arrived in the mail!

May: Received Notice about Greencard Expiration end of August

July 15: Sent packet in mail!! (FINALLY!!)

July 16: Packet arrives @ CSC 10:52am Signed by V. Semegi

July 24: Received NOA (posted 7/21)

July 30: Received Bio Appt Letter in Mail

August 20 @ 2pm: Biometrics Appt. –

Sept 12: Approved!! Should be getting card within 60 days..

April 22: Mailing N400 Citizenship packet to Phoenix AZ! (about time!)

April 25 10:37am Phoenix USCIS Lockbox. Signed for by F DOMINGUEZ

April 28 NOA (received in mail May 2)

Jul 26 Oath Ceremony! Pete is now a US Citizen!

I think I've only seen one case where a May filer received his EAD (gustahot).

I'm on day 65 and our NOA is from 5/8.

However, a few May filers have already received their GCs. Check out the AOS/EAD May filer threat in the AOS forum. Good luck to us!

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

My husband applied for EAD in May and got an email on 6.7.07 stating card production was ordered. On 6.11.07 he got an email saying it was approved. He still hasn't received the card. We might do an infopass appointment early next week to see where the cards are.

I dont even know where i EAD is at. Last email i got says my EAD had been transfered from CSC to another office for processing and that was nearly a month ago. :huh:

I replied to you in your other post, your case is at CSC dont worry :thumbs: Just read carefully your e-mails!

Exactly I have my EAD. Take a look of my timeline (42 days from the application date). Was very fast. I think was approved the same day of my AP and the AP was approved because an emergency (Infopass). I don't know if that count but was a coincidence?

05/25/10 - N-400 package delivered in Phoenix, AZ

06/04/10 - Check cashed

06/10/10 - NOA received

06/16/10 - Case available online

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

08/09/10 - Interview Appointment letter received for 09/13/10

09/13/10 - Interview Approved!

09/13/10 - Same Day Ceremony! I am a US Citizen!

I know of another person who is a May filer whose EAD was just approved - but the card hasn't arrived yet.

We are April filers and my husband just received an email on July 10, 2007 that the card was being produced.

Our card was ordered today!!! Our NOA date was May 9! I bet they are coming soon! About how long does the card take to arrive?

May 2, 2006- Sent I-129F to Nebraska

May 5, 2006-NOA1

June 1, 2006-Transferred to CSC

June 14, 2006-Received letter confirming transfer

June 15, 2006-Touch!

June 16, 2006-Touch!

June 17, 2006-Touch!

June 30, 2006-Received RFE!

June 30, 2006-mailed RFE to CSC (overnight)

July 3, 2006-Touch!

July 4, 2006-Touch!

July 5, 2006-CSC received RFE

What a nice surprise! Congratulations!!!!! Did you get any touches in your file after the biometrics and before the EAD card arrived?
