Has anyone here had there interview AFTER October 1st 2021 without having taken the Covid vaccine?

If so, did you have any problems or was asked any questions about that? Or was everything okay as long as your medical from your home country was approved before this rule came into place?

I am also curious about this. From what I have read, it appears that other people have not been asked about this since their application at the time of submittal was in compliance with the requirements.
it’s an interesting one though so I would be keen to hear others’ perspective on it as I am expecting to have my interview in the coming months.

My wife and I got our K1 visa approved back in September. She didn't have a covid vaccine as it wasn't required for her medical at the time.

We filed for AOS mid October and just completed our interview a few weeks back and they accepted our medical as it stood and didn't mention anything about the new vaccine requirements. Greencard approved!

Same, I had my AoS from K-1 interview this week.

My overseas medical was completed in July 2021, my I-485 package was sent in September 2021.

My interview was yesterday, May 2022. Approved on the spot, but the IO had to force the system to accept a DS-3025 instead of the I681.
