AOS receipt delay Phoenix Lockbox?

Hello, 

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing a delay in getting a receipt for AOS submission to the Phoenix Lockbox. I sent the application Dec 14 and it was sign for on Dec 15, but I have not gotten a receipt and the check has not been cashed. 

I know a few people that that sent their application to the Chicago Lockbox and received a receipt within a couple days.

Noa1 can take up to 30 days.

You may send an email to the lockbox if 30 days has passed since the shipment was received.

Historically, it can take a few weeks to several.

If you did not move since filing, you shouldn't be worried.
