We filled our AOS package (i-130, i-485, I-765, I-131) on October 28 2021, and I still did not receive my biometrical appointment. Is it someone in the same boat here?

And general question, if i-130 have to be approved first and only after biometrical appointment can be scheduled or it is not necessarily liked that?

Also a bit concerned about I-797 Notice of Action, as we are from Texas, I thought our national Benefit Center will be Texas National Service, but i received 797C from Lee's Summit, MO, is it common?

Biometrics scheduling is NOT dependent on I-130 approval.  Unfortunately, there's no predicting when the biometrics appointment will be scheduled.

National Benefits Center (NBC) is a USCIS office at Lee's Summit, MO.  NBC normally holds the I-130 and I-485 forms of AOS applicants until their local field office is ready to process them.  NBC also processes I-765 and I-131 forms.
