Under Applicant's employement last five years.. Can I just put my current job right now since I have been there for 7 years now.. or just I include that I was in school before that?

Put your current job in there. It's not necessary to include the info that you've been in school prior to that - they only want the last 5 years of your work history.

Ok, it's time for a time-out and a few deep breaths. Give them five years. It's best to use a literal, simple interpretation to what you see on the forms. Don't over-think it.
