That's kind of you, many thanks for that. Still no sign of any activity on our petition (range 39000). We just passed 480 days today and still nothing. My fiancee contacted her local senator two weeks ago and she sent a query to the California center on our behalf, but they still haven't replied to the senator's office. Many thanks for keeping an eye open for us; it's heartening to know that other people in the community haven't forgotten those of us still in iimbo.

There are 11 untouched cases on your range, you are not alone waiting, I saw people getting approved around 550 days after NOA1 so maybe that will be your case...hold on you will get approved Im sure😄

I dont really understand how USCIS does process...Im a June 2022 filer and its scary for me to think I could be left behind like you😔

But eventually we will all get approved, USCIS backlog is causing all this I suppose

2022 January 19, the date I applied, still no approval, I'm waiting. My file number is 41XXX. I'm so tired of waiting anymore, what can I do about it?

My heart breaks for you. I’m a Feb 22 filer still waiting and the thought of waiting for a month more (like you are already) frustrates me a lot.

I’d say you can try reaching out to congress/house representatives or call USCIS saying info pass to speak to an agent. Nothing in guaranteed though, because we’re unfortunately still the processing times. We are just the unlucky ones left behind. But at least it might put some pressure and help to know you are not sitting still waiting for it.

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

I will try what you said. Unfortunately, being in that unlucky group is very frustrating. The people in my application group are in transit, I don't even want to calculate when I'll be in transit.

I'm sorry to all you who are still waiting.

The system is broken

It's certainly grotesquely unfair. My fiancée and I were hoping to be able to get married by the end of the summer, but that's looking highly unlikely now. We'll just have to have a "paper wedding" for the sake of adjusting status and reschedule the actual wedding for next year.

We just passed the 16 month mark today, but there's absolutely no way of knowing how much longer it'll take them to process "left behind" petitions like ours. It strikes me that what they're most concerned about is bringing the average waiting time down to make their figures look good, so we're now low-priority. The percentage of unprocessed petitions left in January is too small to bring their average processing times down by a significant amount, so they don't care how long it takes to get around to us. I hope it'll be soon, but I'm preparing myself for the unfortunate reality that it could be well into the Autumn, maybe even next winter before our petition is touched.

Anyway, keep on keeping on, folks. It might just be today. It probably won't, but it just MIGHT.

Well, folks, I was beginning to think it would never happen, but it finally has. After an epic 483 days (almost exactly 16 months), we FINALLY got approved. I just want to say a huge, huge thank you to everyone on this forum for all the advice and support.. And if you're still waiting for your case to be touched (I know a few of you are), hang on in there.. It's coming soon, I promise.
