Range 39000. @Ngillet's posts have been very useful in keeping track of progress. Whereabouts can I find that info on WhatsApp if it's not posted here?

Not sure why she hasn't posted here, but she always posts the numbers on WhatsApp. It's a January/February 22 filers WhatsApp group, here is the link: https://chat.whatsapp.com/CwAyhtiS7Nb6t2i8H4FEdh

Unfortunately most of the group have now moved on to NVC phase, but a few others like me (Feb) and I think one Jan filer there is still waiting too.
I ran a quick scan on your range using CaseTracker and there are 20 cases still untouched, but RFEs being received and the last approval was Monday. So not forgotten at least. Wishing you hear good news soon!

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.

Any signs of activity at all this week or has January ground to a complete halt? I hear they're ploughing through March at record speeds, but untouched petitions from from January and earlier seem to have been abandoned. We're January 12th and still nothing.

I’ve read about your circumstances, and I wish there were something I could do to help you. what a terrible predicament to be in, as an American it should not be acceptable

I know there are people who have been waiting even longer than we have, but my fiancée and me are getting really, really exasperated. Being left on the shelf like this with no explanation is absolutely infuriating. She's been in touch with her senator in Washington State and is in the process of getting the senator to look into it. At least it makes us feel like we're doing something, even if it doesn't result in any answers.

This probably is not terribly helpful, but have my lawfully CAP ranking tracker for this week. As stands right now, in month of January on Lawfully there are 85 cases left, which according to I-129F tracker sheet means that Lawfully tracks roughly half of all January 2022 cases that are left, and as of right now, it seems like that out of them all, 8 got resolved this week, and that is a lagging indicator as it does not include cases from Thursday, or Friday yet. So they took care out of 8.7% of all cases that were left at start of the week, It's not the most breakneck of a speed, but hey, I'll take it, as long as they don't forget about us. (And also, seems like Lawfully actually tracks half of the cases as the amount that got resolved is more or less also half of totals that Sarah got from Ngillet, damn, they have to be getting some real money from that adoption rate.)

I'm not *super* familiar with Lawfully since I don't pay for the app and only use the free version, but I did get a free trial once. My guess is that Lawfully counts only the cases registered with them, so January filers that also use lawfully and put their case number in there? And the numbers I shared above are only for that specific day, not the the whole month. Also could be because I think for the analysis they don't get the whole month but instead just the same filed close to you? I will have to look up.

I would go by Obllak's spreadsheet to see totals, especially because it's precise and not by case range.
Right now it's 188 untouched in January, 74 pending, 439 RFEs sent, 169 RFEs received.

It's only looking at the cases that users have added to Lawfully based on the article posted here: "Please note that all information is provided based on registered cases in the app with daily updates."  I assume this is because they're not legally allowed to monetise the USCIS data.

That said, it's still interesting for a personalised estimate since it looks at the subset of user cases that have been submitted between 2 weeks before & 2 weeks after yours.

That's kind of you, many thanks for that. Still no sign of any activity on our petition (range 39000). We just passed 480 days today and still nothing. My fiancee contacted her local senator two weeks ago and she sent a query to the California center on our behalf, but they still haven't replied to the senator's office. Many thanks for keeping an eye open for us; it's heartening to know that other people in the community haven't forgotten those of us still in iimbo.
