I90 location

I am filing I90 to renew my expiring GC.

I am confused how to fill the following two questions

1. Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.

2. Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status

 

I originally had a conditional GC, and my current expiring GC is 10 year GC.

The original I485 was sent to Chicago, IL, and the card shows Missouri (MSC) location and I797 says Lee's Summit, MO

The current expiring card shows WAC and I797 says San Francisco, CA

 

Should I put for 1. Chicago, IL and for 2. San Francisco, CA ?

1. City and country where you were interviewed for K1 visa.

2. City where you did your 2 yr CPR GC interview.
